My Vision
Experience and knowledge stem from some of the best coaches in the world. Your coaching experience is a personal one and is different from person to person, and from sport to sport. With over 100 happy clients across disciplines like rowing, running, cycling, weightlifting, triathlon and combinations of all of those, I guarantee your fitness experience will be second to none. From daily workout plans that include specific metrics, warmups, cool downs as well as core, strength or other personal needs (injury prevention, rehab, goal specific work), each workout is curated to maximize your time and get you closer to accomplishing your goals and improving.
A Unique Blend of Coaching
Nick was an accomplished DIII distance runner at Dickinson College before joining USA Triathlon's CRP team where he developed into Team USA's 9th best triathlete in 2016. After missing out on the Rio Olympics, Nick started personal training before joining the celebrated connected fitness platform, Hydrow. As he created more content for Hydrow, he decided to continue building his personal training network in order to connect directly with people who want to improve in their fitness journeys.

Nutrition
Meet Eleanor Baker, MS, RD, LDN, our Sports Nutrition Director. Eleanor was a DI Steeplechase and cross-country runner at the University of North Florida before she became a Holistic Sports Nutritionist and Dietitian. Since then, she provides every day athletes nutritional structure and guidance based on their lifestyle and goals to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
Pre & Post Natal
Meet Laine Karwoski, our Pre & Post Natal Fitness Expert. Laine was a DI rower at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before she became a professional athletic instructor at the connected fitness company, Hydrow. As a new mom, she is accredited with pre and post natal fitness care to provides structure and guidance for athletes who are periods of pregnancy or post birth.
